RETURN & REFUND INFO
Please contact us immediately if you received defective/damaged merchandise, the wrong merchandise and/or if you have any questions about returns or refunds. Please contact us first before shipping any items back to us.
- We must be notified of any returns, damages, and/or wrong merchandise within 7 days of receiving the item(s). NO RETURNS OR REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
- For defective/damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately and return within 30 days. We will replace the merchandise at no extra charge or we can provide a full refund on the defective/damage merchandise and shipping fees. (Please note: customer pays for return shipping on the defective/damage items to exchange or for full refund)
- "Returns" on non-defective items will receive a partial refund (refund on the merchandise only). Item returns MUST be in mint, brand new condition. If the item has been opened and used, we can not accept it back.
- Customer pays for return shipping for all merchandise (defective items and/or returns).

Confirmed Refunds: You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks once we receive the return shipment (due to mailing time and bank process time). However, in many cases you will and should receive a refund more quickly - usually in three (3) to five (5) business days after processing the return. If applicable, refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of free gift or discount.
